Joyce grew up on a farm in South central North Dakota before attending college in Moorhead and living in Fargo. Her husband Marc and Joyce have been members of Bethel for more than 20 years and have two grown children. She enjoys spending time outside with flowers in the summer, going for walks with her dog, cooking for family and friends, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
