Each person’s grief is unique. So too is each person’s grief recovery. There are enough commanalites in bereavement to be able to share practical tips and coping strategies to help you manage your grief. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13 week group, you will learn what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. We will watch a video have discussion on what we learned.
